At Vedic Prakash, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in its original packaging.
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items unless there is a defect or damage.

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vedicprakash.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank—there may be a delay in processing.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
